Spanish Moss (Tillandsia usneoides) – Grey Air Plant

Bring soft texture and an unusual botanical character to your home with Spanish Moss, also known as Tillandsia usneoides. This distinctive air plant forms long, trailing strands in a silvery-grey shade, creating an elegant, natural display with a wonderfully relaxed feel. Its flowing shape works beautifully in hanging planters, glass vessels, wreaths, terrariums or styled on a shelf.

As an air plant, Spanish Moss does not require traditional potting compost, making it a versatile choice for creative displays and compact spaces. Hang it from a hook, arrange it in a decorative bowl or combine it with other houseplants for added contrast. It makes an appealing gift for plant lovers and is especially suited to bright, indirect light with occasional gentle watering and good airflow.
