Shipping Policy for Luxe Leaf Plants

At Luxe Leaf Plants, we are committed to delivering your plants in the best condition possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

• Luxe Leaf Plants is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
