Delft Blue Waxed Amaryllis (Hippeastrum)

Add a touch of distinctive winter colour to your home with this Delft Blue waxed amaryllis, also known as Hippeastrum. Its decorative blue-and-white wax coating gives the bulb a charming ceramic-inspired finish, making it an attractive feature even before the flowers appear.

Designed to grow without soil or a conventional plant pot, this waxed bulb is simple to enjoy and makes an original seasonal display. Place it on a bright surface, such as a windowsill, shelf or dining table, where it can be admired from all sides. The bulb produces a minimum of two flower stems and reaches approximately 15cm or more in height, creating an elegant indoor display with very little effort. It also makes a thoughtful gift for plant lovers, home decorators and anyone who enjoys unusual flowering plants.
